The Target Specific Power Estimation calculator estimates the target specific power based on the operating pressure, the type of compressor, its power, and the type of drying technology used. The calculation disregards the number of compressors in the compressor station and should be used for a single compressor or the average of a multiple of similarly sized compressors. The main inputs are compressor rated power, operating pressure, compressor type, and dryer type. The calculator provides the result for target specific power in kWh/m³.
