The Coolant Usage Calculation calculator is designed to calculate the amount of oil carryover per year based on the amount of air produced, coolant density, and air density. The main input is the oil carryover in mass parts per million (ppm). This data is usually found in the compressor user manual. Other inputs include the capacity FAD (m³/min), running time (hours), ambient temperature (℃), air density (kg/m³), and coolant density (kg/m³). The calculator provides the result for coolant volume passed downstream in cubic meters (m³). You can also import/export data in JSON format.
